Hello and a very warm welcome to BodyWise Exercise the Personal Training Company
founded and managed by Charlotte Wise.

With over 12 years experience working as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor
and Massage Therapist Charlotte has the passion, experience and understanding to
deliver a complete Personal Training Service. BodyWise Exercise offers a multidisciplinary
service drawing upon the experience gained over those years. It is a unique opportunity
for us to pass on to you the safest yet most effective methods for you to reach and
exceed your personal goals be that completing your first marathon, improving your
posture or reducing your stress levels.

Since 1998 we have run a successful business and it is our belief that this is a
reflection of the diverse approach we take with each and every one of our clients.
You are unique and your aspirations are unique to you. For this reason we draw upon
teaching methods that reflect our enormous and diverse experience and skills base;
Cardiovascular Conditioning, Muscular Strength and Conditioning Work, Circuit Training,
Pilates, Core Stability, Functional Resistance Work, Ante/Postnatal Exercise, Stretching
and Relaxation are all available to you along with nutritional advice to compliment
your workouts.

• Sessions are available at home, your workplace, at personal training studios in West London or outdoors
• Sessions
are booked in advance, this way your weekly schedule is set to be the most
convenient to you and you know in advance
when and where you will be training

providing you with motivation and accountability
